GRIMALDI EUROMED SPA
Since the mid-1990s, Grimaldi Euromed SpA, as one of the Group's most important companies, has played a crucial role in the development of maritime vehicle transport and integrated logistics across Europe.
Grimaldi Euromed specialises in the transport of rolling freight between Northern Europe and the Mediterranean basin (Euromed lines), on the Motorways of the Sea in the Mediterranean (Short Sea lines), brand new vehicles between the Mediterranean and North America (car carriers/ MED-AME) while also operating passenger transport routes in the Western Mediterranean.
Grimaldi Euromed's fleet consists of ultra-modern ro-ro vessels for the transport of rolling cargo; ro-pax ships for the freight and passenger transport; PCTC (Pure Car & Truck Carriers) to carry vehicles and ro-ro multipurpose vessels to transport various types of freight (rolling stock, containers and special cargo).

GRIMALDI DEEPSEA SPA
The core business of Grimaldi Deep Sea SpA is the sea transport of goods on Atlantic routes. The company carries rolling freight and containerised cargo between ports in Northern Europe, West Africa and South America (Deepsea lines) with its fleet of ro-ro multipurpose ships, which are highly flexible and can be used for different types of cargo (rolling freight, containerised freight and special cargo).
Grimaldi Deep Sea's headquarters are in Naples (Italy), while its operational offices are in London (UK).
ATLANTIC CONTAINER LINE (ACL)
ACL operates maritime services dedicated to container and ro-ro traffic, connecting North America, North Europe and West Africa. Thanks to road-rail integration, ACL is the only transatlantic carrier able to offer door-to-door transport services for containers and large cargo. The fleet consists of the five largest ro-ro container ships in the world (Generation 'G4'), which are capable of carrying high volumes of containers as well as rolling cargo.
The company's headquarters are in Gothenburg (Sweden) with corporate staff based in the USA, Sweden, UK, Belgium and Germany.
FINNLINES
Finnlines is among the leading passenger and freight operators in Northern Europe and the Baltic Sea. It transports freight and passengers between the countries bordering the Baltic Sea as well as Spain, the UK and Ireland. It operates a modern fleet of ro-ro and ro-pax ships, all ice-class rated and specially designed for safe navigation in the Northern European Seas. In addition to its shipping services, through its subsidiary Finnsteve, Finnlines also runs a number of port terminals and provides cargo handling services at the ports of Helsinki and Turku.

MINOAN LINES
The
Greek shipping company Minoan Lines has been the undisputed leader in
passenger-freight transport in Greek cabotage for over 40 years.
It
currently operates freight and passenger lines between the Greek mainland,
Crete and the Cycladic islands, with a fleet consisting of modern ro-pax
ferries and a high-speed catamaran.
Heraklion, Crete, is the site of the company's headquarters.
MALTA MOTORWAYS OF THE SEA
Established at the end of 2005, Malta
Motorways of the Sea (MMOS) was created in order to guarantee service
continuity following the liquidation of the State-owned company Sea Malta. It
soon became an indispensable aid to the industrial and commercial development
of Malta and its economic growth.
MMOS owns a fleet of ro-ro ships and is headquartered in Valletta, Malta.
TRASMED GLE
Established in July 2021
and based in Valencia, Trasmed GLE is a Spanish company specialising in
passenger and freight transport between the Iberian Peninsula (Barcelona and
Valencia) and the Balearic Islands (Palma de Mallorca, Alcudia, Mahón and
Ibiza).
It runs a fleet of modern ferries following high standards of quality and sustainability.
